Sean Olender, Attorney and Consultant

Sean Olender earned his law degree from the University of San Diego and his B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Sean has exclusively practiced immigration law for ten years.  He regularly publishes articles, contributes to online magazines focusing on business immigration, speaks on immigration law, and organizes immigration seminars for client companies, pro bono workshops, and Continuing Legal Education.

Sean has negotiated deals and designed administrative immigration systems for clients in cities as diverse as Zurich, New Delhi and Tokyo.  His experience includes all aspects of quickly and reliably opening a US subsidiary for offshore companies and importing executive and managerial employees to the United States within forty-five days of the initial order.

Sean has served as Chair of the Immigration Committee and Barrister’s Club Immigration Committee at the San Francisco Bar Association in 2001, has served as a past Chair of the Legislative Affairs Committee

for NCHRA, and as a board member for the Northern California Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
